Beginning your journey with ZenGRC
Our implementation process does more than just get you started — it sets you up for success throughout your entire ZenGRC journey.
Taking the lead in your ZenGRC onboarding process is your Customer Success Manager, a designated resource who customizes training to fit your organization’s unique experience, timeline, compliance framework complexity, and risk maturity. See below for what to expect during ZenGRC onboarding.
Typical ZenGRC onboarding takes 4-8 weeks.
Your onboarding experience will include:
- Designated onboarding specialist
- Implementation frameworks
- Expert guidance including writing controls and building a consolidated control framework
- Import of existing compliance data
- Audit workflow review and training
Onboarding Timeline
What are the steps of ZenGRC onboarding? See the onboarding timeline below for an overview of the 4 stages, from kick off to go live.
What to expect:
- Join a kick-off call with your team (Account Executive and Customer Success Manager) to discuss your goals and desired outcomes.
- Register for the ZenGRC Community, including resources for training, relevant Knowledge Base articles, and access to other industry experts.
- Gain access to your ZenGRC instance.
- Discuss your goals and priorities with your CSM. Based on these discussions, your CSM will create a plan to prioritize your goals and tailor your onboarding experience.
- Execute the plan with your designated CSM’s guidance. Once your onboarding is complete, you will move to an agreed-upon cadence for meeting regularly with your CSM throughout your time with ZenGRC.
